My passion is to provide consultative coaching to philanthropic and non-profit organizations, women, and small businesses. Within each of these stakeholders, I provide specialized services to meet their needs and goals. Some of my offerings include:

What is consultative coaching?
I provide consultative coaching. Consultative coaching is where I blend my consulting and coaching skills. I bring my lived experiences and technical expertise in program development, program management, entrepreneurship, and small-business development to my coaching clients. This way my coaching clients get a 2-for-1 when they work with me as they can tap into my consulting and coaching brain at the same time.
Consultative Coaching
I offer 1-1 and group-based life, leadership, and career coaching to entry-level and mid-career professionals. 1-1 and group coaching sessions are customized as per the client's needs. Coaching sessions are offered in 3, 6, or 12-month options. Coaching sessions take place bi-weekly (every 2 weeks). They are designed to focus on the individual's goal to help them grow within their leadership, personal life, and/or career.

Cohort-based trainings & workshops
I offer customized trainings and workshops that range from 90-minutes to 6-months. My cohort-based trainings and workshops vary in range from technical skills development (like program management, evaluation, understanding of key workforce development concepts) to leadership development (like inner work, inclusive leadership, allyship). My trainings help individuals and organizations operationalize key concepts whether they are technical, leadership, or DEI-focused, and move them from theoretical concepts to practical applications.

Consulting & thought-partnership
In addition to cohort-based trainings and coaching, I also offer limited consulting and thought-partnership around business development and growth mindset. These are available to both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Specifically, I work with organizations to help them move away from a scarcity mindset to a mindset of abundance by learning how to take calculated risks.

Providing thought-partnership and consulting support to non-profit and philanthropic organizations on technical topics of workforce development

What are my values?
Relationship Building: I think of myself as a network weaver. I love bringing people together. Building relationships is my forte and something I care greatly about. Relationships are more important than the work itself for me. So, I will always place us - as humans - before anything else. Relationships > Money
Inclusion: Having been in far too many conversations and situations where I have felt excluded, I work hard to ensure the spaces I create are inclusive and offer a sense of belonging. Inclusion is at the core of what I do. Inclusion + Belonging = Leadership
Intuition: I have a strong sense of intuition that goes beyond a vibe check. I lean into my intuition to show up authentically for you and me. Intuition --> Coaching
Entrepreneurship: I love to start new things, grow them, learn from my mistakes, and then move on to the next big thing. I believe in failing forward and fast so I can go back at it with renewed vigor and learning.
